Pete is the VP of Solutions & Innovation for TDS Global Solutions. Pete has over 30 years of experience in the BPO industry, focused on custom CX solution design, implementation and optimization for many hundreds of clients, from Fortune 100 companies to disruptive start-ups, across all industries. For much of his career, Pete led the Global Solutions organization for a Top 5 global outsourcing company. This team of solution architects designed and integrated efficient operational process and the latest technologies to help clients transform their customer care operations, resulting in strong customer satisfaction, optimized costs and increased revenues. Prior to joining TDS, Pete operated his own CX consulting company, providing customer journey mapping and CX transformation via process and technology enhancement, and end to end customer care solution design.
