This web-delivered test for productive (speaking and writing) and passive (listening and reading) skills aims to ensure that future employees will be ready for multi-channel communication needs. Moreover, a tester can take this flexible web-based test on all major web browsers including Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Internet Explorer.
According to Pearson and TeleDevelopment, prospective employees demonstrating proficiency in all Versant four skill sets will be able to seamlessly transition between any communication medium, including via phone, chat, social media, and email.
